When construction optimises volume to enhance space
This new-build project involves a modern building, situated on a street corner, comprising two flats.
Its design is characterised by optimised spatial layout, with every detail carefully considered to maximise the use of the available space. This approach is illustrated by the incorporation of a floor slab and particularly slender columns into the building’s structure.
With this in mind, every centimetre has been meticulously saved and exploited, in order to meet functional requirements while blending harmoniously into the existing urban environment.
