1960 - Conversion of a house into an office in Wavre

A space designed to encourage dialogue and let the light in

Located just a stone's throw from the centre of Wavre, this major renovation project has radically transformed a long-uninhabited house, while respecting the original charm and identity of the area.

Designed as a workplace on a human scale, the building now houses our design office. The bright, open-plan layout has been redesigned to meet the needs of the various functions we carry out here on a daily basis. Circulation is fluid, and the spaces communicate naturally with each other, without rigid partitions, while offering the privacy needed for a working atmosphere that encourages concentration. The use of wood materials helps to create a warm, soothing atmosphere.

The interior layout also incorporates living areas designed to promote collective well-being: a convivial kitchen, a large terrace and a garden, offering the team moments to breathe in a rejuvenating setting.

This conversion illustrates our commitment to designing functional, sustainable and harmonious spaces, where dialogue, serenity and beauty naturally find their place.
