1613 - Major renovation of a single-family house in Uccle

Redesigning space to enhance lines and volumes

This project involved much more than a simple renovation: it was a complete architectural reinvention. Very little of the existing structure was retained, with the original walls and volumes giving way to a reorganisation of spaces and a completely redesigned house.

The major renovation included an extension and an annex, creating generous new volumes and redefining the relationship between inside and outside. The transformation phase, whose stages are indicative of its scale, combined elegance and modernity. Particular attention was paid to the roof, with the design of a herringbone structure.

The project involved transforming the old building into a contemporary house, with optimised spaces and a strong presence, offering a bright, harmonious and inspiring living environment.
