This new single-family home in Beersel features a striking overhang that gives the architecture its distinctive identity. This ambitious design brief provided a great opportunity to fully mobilise our expertise, through the development of a made-to-measure solution.
The extent of the overhang required complex and precise calculations to guarantee the stability of this apparent balance. This project reflects our ability to approach technical constraints with flexibility and creativity, while remaining attentive to architectural intentions.
